1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon full payment via our secure online payment system (Stripe). Prices displayed include French TVA (20%). Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking voucher.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to reschedule your tour to an alternative date, subject to availability.

3. Tour Details

All tours are private — exclusively for your group. Tours last approximately 2 hours and include multiple tastings at renowned Parisian chocolatiers and patisseries. Your guide will meet you at the designated meeting point (communicated via email 24 hours before).

4. Weather & Accessibility

Tours operate rain or shine. Most time is spent inside boutiques. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. If you have any accessibility requirements, please mention them when booking and we will accommodate you to the best of our ability.

5. Allergies & Dietary Needs

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will do our best to adapt the tour accordingly. Note that our tours involve products that may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

6. Lateness

Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Your guide will wait for up to 30 minutes. If you are more than 30 minutes late and have not contacted us, the tour may be shortened or considered a no-show (non-refundable).
