Paris Chocolate Tours offers tourist services ("Services") including excursions, tours, visits, recreational, cultural and gastronomic discovery tours. Any reservations made on this website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the payment of the sums due in respect of bookings made. These Terms and Conditions can be amended and updated at any time and without notice.
If you request or make travel arrangements with or through us, you understand that we do not own or operate any entity which provides, or is to provide, goods or services for your trip such as, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies of any kind, entertainment providers, equipment suppliers, restaurants or other food service providers, local ground handlers, etc.(any or all of which may be referred to herein as a "Service Provider" or, collectively, as "Service Providers"). The only Services that we might provide directly through one of our employee or agent are the guiding Services.
If you request Services from Paris Chocolate Tours that require the use of an independent third-party service provider (a "Service Provider", such as a restaurant, airline, or hotel), subject to compliance with applicable law and Paris Chocolate Tours’ policies, Paris Chocolate Tours will use reasonable efforts to fulfill your request. The Services may involve referral to or provision of information about an independent third-party Service Provider that may provide goods or services to you. All Service Providers are exclusively responsible for the quality of any work they perform and products they sell, and Paris Chocolate Tours has no responsibility for those products or services. The actual decision to hire or make arrangements with a Service Provider referred by Paris Chocolate Tours is Your responsibility. The Service Providers are not employees of Paris Chocolate Tours, and are not entitled to act on behalf of Paris Chocolate Tours in any way. We want you to be aware that from time to time, certain of our vendors may pay us commission and/or other incentives. The Client accepting and utilizing the Services recognizes that Paris Chocolate Tours is in no way responsible for the actions or omissions of any Service Provider hired by the Client.

Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use the information collected from individual customers for the purpose of conducting tours. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of our services and products.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Our Tour Prices include most of the time the private guide and food/drinks samples (as much as necessary). Anything else not specifically included in the tour price agreement is not included.

Terms of payment are within The Company's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by The Company, payment must be received by The Company prior to The Company's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by The Company.

IN ADDITION, WITH REGARD TO ANY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS YOU MAY MAKE WITH OR THROUGH US, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM PARIS CHOCOLATE TOURS OR PARIS CHOCOLATE TOURS AFFILIATES ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF USE), RESULTING FROM ANY INJURY, LOSS, DEATH, ACCIDENT, DELAY, INCONVENIENCE OR IRREGULARITY OF ANY KIND WHICH MAY BE OCCASIONED BY REASON OF PARIS CHOCOLATE TOURS’ CHOICE OF SERVICE PROVIDER OR ANY ACT OR OMISSION BEYOND PARIS CHOCOLATE TOURS’ DIRECT CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WILLFUL OR NEGLIGENT ACT, FAILURE TO ACT, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR VIOLATION OF LOCAL LAW OR REGULATION BY ANY SERVICE PROVIDER SUCH AS AN AIRLINE, RAIL TRAVEL PROVIDER, HOTEL, BUS, TAXI, VAN, YACHT, SHIP OR VESSEL, LOCAL GROUND HANDLER OR GUIDE, FINANCIAL DEFAULT OR INSOLVENCY OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDER WHICH IS TO OR DOES SUPPLY ANY GOODS OR SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR TRAVEL. SIMILARLY, PARIS CHOCOLATE TOURS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, DEATH OR INCONVENIENCE DUE TO DELAY, CANCELLATION OR CHANGE IN SCHEDULE, OVERBOOKING OF ACCOMODATION OR TRAVEL METHOD, DEFAULT OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY, CUSTOMS OR TRAVEL REGULATIONS OR ENFORCEMENT, ATTACK BY WILD OR DOMESTIC ANIMAL, EPIDEMIC OR THE THREAT THEREOF, SICKNESS, LACK OF APPROPRIATE MEDICAL CARE, EVACUATION, WEATHER, STRIKES, ACTS OF GOD OR GOVERNMENT, LOST OR MISPLACED LUGGAGE, ACTS OF TERRORISM OR THE THREAT THEREOF, FORCE MAJEURE, WAR, HOSTILITIES, CIVIL DISTURBANCE, STRIKE, RIOT, QUARANTINE, CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, FIRE, BREAKDOWN IN MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT OR ANY OTHER CAUSE BEYOND ITS DIRECT CONTROL. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS IN FAVOR OF PARIS CHOCOLATE TOURS AND PARIS CHOCOLATE TOURS AFFILIATES ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF PARIS CHOCOLATE TOURS TO YOU FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY SERVICE REQUEST SHALL BE 100 EUR, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE. ALL LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

The Parties agree that this agreement, any sales there under, or any claim, dispute or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether preexisting, present or future, and including statutory, common law, and equitable claims) between Client and The Company arising from or relating to this agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this agreement, The Company's advertising, or any related purchase shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflicts of Laws rules.
All products, tours and services offered by The Company are valid as per the dates displayed at www.chocolatetour.fr. The Company is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.
Prices listed on The Company's websites or affiliated websites are per person and include TVA (20%) unless otherwise specified. Prices are shown in Euros (EUR). The Company accepts the following credit cards Mastercard and Visa. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation online.
In using this Website and the Services, you agree that you will: (a) provide Paris Chocolate Tours with all information reasonably relevant to your request for Services;
(b) comply with our payment policy mentioned above ;
(c) not make any request for Services that is false, fraudulent or designed to violate any law or harm any third party; (d) arrive on time for any appointments that Paris Chocolate Tours may make for you with a Service Provider; (e) read and comply with any reasonable instructions of Paris Chocolate Tours’ or the Service Provider with respect to your request for Services and the fulfillment thereof, or any additional terms and conditions notified to you that are applicable to your particular request;
(f) take responsibility for being physically able and prepared to participate in any activity that you request Paris Chocolate Tours to arrange or organize for you, and for being fully equipped with any appropriate clothing and equipment reasonably necessary for such activity;
(g) not use any robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to monitor content on this Website; (h) immediately review any travel itinerary and travel terms and conditions you receive from us and let us know if any modifications need to be made. We do not accept responsibility for discrepancies or objections reported more than 24 hours after we send an e-mail confirmation. There may be fees or penalties for modification or cancellation of travel arrangements. Be sure you understand these restrictions.
PAYMENT TO SERVICE PROVIDERS
Paris Chocolate Tours may make payments to Service Providers on behalf of Clients; and/or upon prior request from the Clients) to pay an Invoice on condition that a Client has requested and authorized the Company to do so. In such circumstances, Clients acknowledge, warrant and agree that:
- The Company shall have no liability or be responsible in any way for any use of a Client’s Payment Card by such Service Provider;
- The Payment Card used will be that of the Client’s; and
- The Payment Card will have sufficient balance to cover in full the cost of the goods or services supplied by the Service Provider.
- From time to time a Client may instruct the Company to make a restaurant reservation on his behalf. Where such reservation is subsequently cancelled by the Client, the Client authorizes the Company to charge any cancellation fees incurred on their card.
For the guiding services provided directly by Paris Chocolate Tours, a minimum of 1 week prior notice is required for any cancellation. No refunds will be given for any reason within 1 week of the tour start time. Notification of cancellation is required in person via email. If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time, there is no cancellation fee. We will always attempt to reschedule your tour if possible according to our business practices and the availability of our guides and tickets. However, we reserve the right to charge full price for new tour reservations if the original reservation is missed or skipped. We reserve the right to deny an attempt to reschedule a reservation if the notification is received within less than 1 week of the tour start time.
